Our normal pick-up schedule is at 4PM PST Monday to Friday. All orders received from Monday through Friday before 1:00PM PST will be shipped out the same day. All orders received after 1:00PM PST on Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Exception applies to the National Holidays and the special occasions/circumstances. If you need next day air shipping or any other urgent needs, please call or send an e-mail and let us know before 2PM PST. If you require special shipping arrangements, please give us a call at (+1) 888-802-6308 and we'll be glad to assist you.

Availability of Items
In the event that the ordered items are not available for shipping, we will notify the customer via phone or web or e-mail. The item will be placed on backorder status until they become available.

Delivery Time
When you place an order with WholesaleJewelryStar.com, we will pack and ship the items out within 1~3 business days (depending on availability of items and volume of order). We will notify the customer via email when the order has shipped.

Exchanges or Returns
All sales are final. Exchanges or Returns will be allowed within ten (10) days of original invoice date. Exchages or Returns must be approved by the customer service department. Items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account. Please use smallest packing method as possible. There will be 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. Please include COPY OF THE INVOICE with indication of the items that you are returning and the REASON FOR THE RETURN. All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded and also 20% restocking fee. WholesaleJewelryStar.com accepts payment method only credit card. Accepted credit card are VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.
